Woo AccountIT Connector User Guide
A WordPress/WooCommerce plugin that connects your store to AccountIT for document generation, customer delivery, inventory updates, and item synchronization.
This guide is intended for store administrators. It covers installation, AccountIT credentials, document settings, automatic and manual activation, and inventory workflows.

What does it do?
Creates receipts, invoices, or invoice receipts from WooCommerce orders and stores the document number in the orders list.
How is it triggered?
Documents can be created automatically by order status, or manually by clicking Issue Invoice in the orders screen.
What's new?
Version 1.60 adds manual mode, a per-order document button, and Import/Export tools for items and inventory.

What's New in Version 1.60
You can disable automatic document generation by order status and create documents on demand from the orders list.
The orders screen now includes a button for generating a document for a specific order, only when no document was created yet.
A new Import/Export area allows syncing items from AccountIT into WooCommerce and exporting WooCommerce products to an AccountIT-compatible file.
התקנה
- העלו את קובץ התוסף לאתר WordPress והפעילו אותו.
- בתפריט הניהול של WordPress פתחו את Woo AccountIT Connector.
- עברו להגדרות החיבור והזינו את פרטי AccountIT.
- שמרו את ההגדרות ובצעו בדיקה על הזמנה קיימת או הזמנת בדיקה.
מומלץ להתחיל בסביבת בדיקות, לוודא שסוג המסמך, המע"מ והמלאי עובדים כמצופה, ורק לאחר מכן לעבור לסביבת Live.
Installation
- Upload the plugin ZIP file to your WordPress site and activate it.
- Open Woo AccountIT Connector from the WordPress admin menu.
- Enter your AccountIT connection details.
- Save the settings and test the flow with an existing or test order.
Start in a testing environment, verify document type, VAT, and inventory behavior, and only then switch to Live.
הגדרות חיבור
את פרטי החיבור יש להזין במסך ההגדרות של התוסף.
שם המשתמש ב-AccountIT. בדרך כלל זו כתובת המייל שאיתה נכנסים למערכת.
קוד API אישי. במערכת AccountIT ניתן למצוא אותו באזור ההגדרות, תחת פרטי משתמש וקוד API פרטי.
קוד החברה ב-AccountIT. גם אותו ניתן למצוא באזור ההגדרות תחת פרטי משתמש.
בחירת סביבת העבודה: Live לעבודה אמיתית, Testing לבדיקות, או Develop לצורכי פיתוח.
Connection Settings
Enter the AccountIT credentials in the plugin settings screen.
Your AccountIT user name. In most cases this is the email address used to log in.
Your personal API key. It is available in AccountIT under settings, user details, and private API code.
Your AccountIT company identifier. It is available in the same AccountIT user details area.
Select Live for production, Testing for sandbox usage, or Develop for development workflows.

בחירת סוג המסמך שיופק: Receipt, Invoice או Invoice & Receipt.
קובע מתי התוסף יפיק מסמך: כבוי, אוטומטי לפי שינוי סטטוס, או Manual להפקה ידנית בלבד.
כאשר עובדים אוטומטית, זהו סטטוס ההזמנה שיפעיל את הפקת המסמך. ברוב החנויות מומלץ להשתמש ב-completed.
בחירה האם לשלוח ללקוח מייל עם PDF מצורף או לא לשלוח התראה מהתוסף.
מספר חשבון הלקוח ב-AccountIT עבור פקודות היומן. החשבון חייב להיות קיים במערכת.
קוד פריט כללי לשימוש במסמכים, בדרך כלל 1. הפריט חייב להיות קיים ב-AccountIT.
Document Settings
Select the document type to generate: Receipt, Invoice, or Invoice & Receipt.
Controls when the plugin creates a document: disabled, automatic by status change, or Manual for on-demand generation only.
When automatic mode is enabled, this order status triggers document generation. Most stores use completed.
Choose whether the customer receives an email with the PDF attached or no notification from the plugin.
The AccountIT customer account used for journal entries. The account must already exist in AccountIT.
A general item code for generated documents, commonly 1. The item must already exist in AccountIT.
הגדרות מע"מ
התוסף יכול להעביר את נתוני המס מ-WooCommerce או לאפשר ל-AccountIT לחשב את המע"מ לפי הגדרות החברה.
Let AccountIT recalculate VAT based on your company settings
AccountIT תחשב את המע"מ לפי הגדרות החברה והפריטים במערכת. אם WooCommerce לא מעביר מס בשורת ההזמנה, העסקה עשויה להיחשב כעסקה ללא מע"מ.
Allow Zero VAT deals
מאפשר הפקת עסקאות ללא מע"מ על בסיס הגדרות Standard Rates של WooCommerce.
לא ניתן להפיק חשבונית או חשבונית מס/קבלה להזמנה שמשלבת יחד פריטים חייבים במע"מ ופריטים ללא מע"מ. במקרה כזה יש לפצל את העסקה או לתקן את הגדרות המס.
VAT Settings
The plugin can send WooCommerce tax data or let AccountIT recalculate VAT according to the company settings.
Let AccountIT recalculate VAT based on your company settings
AccountIT calculates VAT based on the company and item settings. If WooCommerce does not send tax for an order line, the deal may be treated as zero VAT.
Allow Zero VAT deals
Allows zero VAT deals based on the WooCommerce Standard Rates configuration.
An invoice or invoice receipt cannot be generated for an order that mixes VAT-liable and zero-VAT items. Split the deal or correct the tax settings.

התוסף כולל הגדרות לעדכון מלאי בזמן הפקת מסמך, וכן אזור Import/Export לניהול פריטים.
הפקת המסמך אינה משנה את המלאי ב-AccountIT.
בעת הפקת מסמך, התוסף יעדכן מלאי עבור פריטים קיימים ב-AccountIT.
בעת הפקת מסמך, התוסף יעדכן מלאי ויצור פריטים חסרים ב-AccountIT לפי נתוני WooCommerce.
Import/Export
בלשונית Import/Export ניתן לבצע Full Sync מכלל הפריטים מ-AccountIT אל WooCommerce, Partial Sync לפריטים נבחרים, או Export של מוצרי WooCommerce לקובץ CSV בפורמט שמתאים ל-AccountIT.
Inventory and Item Sync
The plugin includes inventory update settings during document creation and an Import/Export area for item management.
Document generation does not change AccountIT inventory.
The plugin updates inventory for items that already exist in AccountIT.
The plugin updates inventory and creates missing AccountIT items from WooCommerce product data.
Import/Export
The Import/Export tab supports Full Sync from AccountIT to WooCommerce, Partial Sync for selected items, and exporting WooCommerce products to a CSV file compatible with AccountIT.
מצב הפקה ידנית
- פתחו את WordPress Admin.
- עברו אל Woo AccountIT Connector ואז Settings.
- בשדה Activation Trigger בחרו Manual.
- לחצו Save Data.
במצב ידני התוסף אינו מפיק מסמך בעקבות שינוי סטטוס. ההפקה מתבצעת רק בלחיצה יזומה במסך ההזמנות.
Manual Generation Mode
- Open WordPress Admin.
- Go to Woo AccountIT Connector and then Settings.
- Set Activation Trigger to Manual.
- Click Save Data.
In manual mode, the plugin does not generate documents on status changes. Documents are created only when manually triggered from the orders screen.
הפקה מתוך מסך ההזמנות
- עברו אל WooCommerce ואז Orders.
- אתרו את העמודה Invoice Receipt #.
- אם להזמנה עדיין אין מסמך, יופיע כפתור Issue Invoice.
- לחצו על הכפתור ואשרו את הפעולה.
- לאחר הצלחה, מספר המסמך יוצג במקום הכפתור.
התוסף מונע הפקה כפולה: כאשר להזמנה כבר קיים מספר מסמך, הכפתור לא יוצג.
אם התרחשה שגיאה, היא תוצג באדום ליד הכפתור. בדרך כלל כדאי לבדוק פרטי חיבור, סוג מסמך, קוד לקוח, קוד פריט והגדרות מע"מ.
Generating from the Orders Screen
- Go to WooCommerce and then Orders.
- Find the Invoice Receipt # column.
- If the order has no document yet, the Issue Invoice button is shown.
- Click the button and confirm the action.
- After success, the document number replaces the button.
The plugin prevents duplicates: when an order already has a document number, the button is not displayed.
If an error occurs, it is shown in red next to the button. Check credentials, document type, client ID, item code, and VAT settings.
דגשים חשובים
התוסף שומר את מספר המסמך להזמנה ואינו מאפשר הפקה חוזרת כאשר כבר קיים מספר.
כאשר משתמשים בקודי ברירת מחדל, יש לוודא שהחשבון והפריט קיימים ב-AccountIT לפני הפעלת התוסף.
אפשר לעבור בכל עת בין הפקה אוטומטית לפי סטטוס להזמנה לבין הפקה ידנית. סוג המסמך שנבחר נשמר ומשמש גם במצב ידני.
לפני עבודה אמיתית מומלץ לבדוק הזמנה עם משלוח, הזמנה עם מע"מ, הזמנה ללא מע"מ, והזמנה שבה מתבצע עדכון מלאי.
Important Notes
The plugin stores the generated document number on the order and does not allow repeat generation when a number already exists.
When default codes are used, verify that the AccountIT account and item already exist before enabling the plugin.
You can switch between automatic and manual generation at any time. The selected document type is used in both modes.
Before production use, test an order with shipping, an order with VAT, an order without VAT, and an order that updates inventory.
