For obvious reasons, an integral part of the AccountIT business and accounting management system is defining the user's business/company details. Failure to fill in the company details with the correct details can lead to calculation errors and the production of non-standard invoices without legal and legal validity; therefore, it is essential to spend a few minutes filling in the accurate details.
The company selection screen will appear immediately upon logging into the system for users with permission to create new companies or by clicking on the arrow next to the username that appears in the upper left corner above the main menu on each screen.

To edit the business/company details, you can simply click on the edit icon next to the selected company; you can also access the business details editing screen via "System" in the main menu and then "Edit Business Details".

החלק התחתון של המסך כולל את פרטי החברה העוסקים בהגדרות המשפיעות על דיווח ותשלום מיסי העסק ("הגדרות לצרכי מס").
יש לשים לב שפרטי החברה/עסק הינם נכונים, מלאים ומדויקים – מילוי לא נכון של מספר העוסק, תיק ניכויים או חברה פרטית (ח"פ) יוביל לתקלות כמו חשבוניות וקבלות לא תקינות, והגדרות אחרות יכולות להוביל לחישובי מס שגויים; שגיאות כאלו יכולות להסתיים באי הבנות ואף לסנקציות מצד הרשויות במקרים מסוימים.
